KIESELSTEIN exhibiting at China’s most important trade show for the wire industry
China is one of the most important trading partners for the German industry and will retain this status in the coming years. Therefore, there will be one important event on the program for the wire industry this year – the wire China show from 26th to 29th September 2018.
The machine manufacturer KIESELSTEIN from Chemnitz will also use this opportunity and will participate in the joint pavilion of Germany. Due to its comprehensive portfolio in the area of wire drawing machines, but above all in the technology of wire shaving the company succeeded in establishing itself in the market and in finding numerous customers.
KIESELSTEIN offers machines for a wide range of wire materials and diameters. Based on the intense R&D activities in its own technology center the company develops efficient and modern machine solutions which are realized and assembled in its facilities in Chemnitz. From shaving of steel, aluminum or titanium wire, hot drawing of difficulty transformable materials, drawing of round and profiled wire, wet drawing to the thermal treatment as a process integrated in the wire production and the coating of wire – KIESELSTEIN offers different technological ideas which can be implemented in individual specific solutions for each customer.
Besides the machines comprehensive services are offered as well supporting the plant operator during the production process as well as in maintenance and servicing. The company already uses specially developed digital solutions and offers its customers to use these in their own production. Consulting on production optimization or implementation, support during commissioning and trial operation as well as retrofit on existing plants complete the range of services offered.
At booth W1 F52 KIESELSTEIN will present its latest machine engineering and its advantages and will inform the visitors about the most recent technological approaches in wire shaving and wire drawing.
