The state-of-the-art machine which is a specialized version of the long-established No Twist Coiler, will set a new standard of Bedding & Seating wire coiling.  This advanced solution for spring wire coiling reverses the pre-twist and the wire comes out twist-free and straight. The wire drum is placed directly on the floor with no rotation. The wire is then uncoiled over top and guided through a conduit into the wire coiling machine.

Additionally, the machine offers the big advantage that no further straighteners are needed in the process, saving space and resources since no power is needed for the pay off.
